I will give you instructions on how to make the best cake in the world.(if you can follow directions) I'M probably the best person to teach you how to do this because I am one of the few people who knows how to make it.

The first thing that you need to do is buy a box of Betty Crocker yellow cake mix. Follow the directions carefully. Then you'll be ready to move on t o step two.

Then take a can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk. Use a wooden or plastic chopstick to poke holes in the cake and then pour the milk in the holes. Continue doing this until half of the can is gone.

Do step 2 again except this time do it with Smuckers caramel ice cream topping. When you are done spread cool whip on top and refrigerate. Keep refrigerated. |
