I know the most about passes because I play class 1(the highest possible) soccer all year round and passing is one of the most important fundamentals in soccer. The first thing that happens in a soccer game is a pass. If every soccer game starts with a pass, passes must be important. So, to play soccer, you should know how to make a proper pass. |

Step with non kicking foot next to ball- about three inches from front. |

Turn hip out and place instep (inner part of foot) in front of ball in the air. |

Kick ball at a moderate pace. Follow through until your foot is at hip height. |
