Here is a quick and easy way to learn how to moonwalk
1 |
Start with both feet together. |
2 |
Raise your right foot up onto the toes, with the heel totally off the ground. |
3 |
"Push" your left foot back, keeping it flat on the floor and without moving your right foot. |
4 |
Now, drop the heel of your right foot onto the ground so it is flat and then raise your left foot up onto its toes, with the heel off the ground. |
5 |
"Push" your right foot back, keeping it flat on the floor, and keep sliding it back past your left foot which should not move and should still be flat. |
6 |
7 |
Repeat the steps above. The key is to keep one foot HIGH UP ON YOUR TOES and the other foot FLAT. You only move the FLAT FOOT, never move the raised foot. |
