How to make a follow through figure 8 knot

I go climbing everyday and use this knot to tie the harness into the rope so I know it really well.

1.		Tie the single rope figure eight knot, (shown in white.) Put the rope through the waistbelt and extra loop of the harness.
2.		Since this is a follow through figure eight knot, you use the remaining rope to follow the way that the rope goes in the original single rope figure eight knot.
3.		Finish following the rope through, so it looks like a single rope figure eight knot with two ropes.
