It basically describes assets and their numerous financial benefits, it gives an excellent overview of how, many people choose to sit and rot in their jobs, whereas others with ambition build up assets, whether they are in real estate or business. The book outlines many different financial faults that plague people in this country such as spending excessively above one's cash flow or becoming overextended. In general this book is very good and it presents the concept of assets clearly and concisely. The book presents simple concepts in a story form. |
